Conditions
PAYMENT CONDTIONS: The Partner undertakes to provide the contribution of a sum in the total amount:1. Installment of 50% of the total worth of the purchase order is due 30 days from receiving the invoice 2. Installment of 50% of the total worth of the purchase order is due by July 31, 2022.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
These cancellation fees are valid in case the Partner cancels:
1. Cancellation within 30 days from receiving the invoice – cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost in the Contract 2. Cancellation after July 31, 2022- cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost in the Contract.
The Supplier is a VAT payer. The VAT will be applied according to the valid legislation. The Partner agrees with the above-mentioned payment and cancellation conditions
